BulkGrid - Bulk Product Editor for OpenCart 4

Edit price, quantity, status, model and SKU for hundreds of products from one grid in the OpenCart 4 admin. Every bulk change is previewed before it is written, and the last batch can be undone.

What it does

• Grid under Catalog > BulkGrid: filter by name, model/SKU, category, manufacturer, status, price range and quantity range; sort; 25 / 50 / 100 rows per page.
• Inline edit of price, quantity, status, model and SKU, validated on the server and saved right away.
• Bulk actions on ticked rows or on every row matching the filter: set price, change price by % or by a fixed amount, set or adjust quantity, set status. Prices never go below 0.
• Preview first: old value next to new value before anything is saved.
• Undo last batch: restores old values, and leaves alone anything someone changed elsewhere in the meantime.
• CSV export / import with per-row error messages (row number and reason). Spreadsheet formulas are neutralised on export.
• Change log of every batch: product, field, old value, new value, admin user, date.

Requirements

• OpenCart 4.1.0.x (tested on 4.1.0.4 with PHP 8.2). Not for OpenCart 3 or 4.0.x.
• MySQL/MariaDB with InnoDB product tables (the OpenCart default).
• Installs through Extensions > Installer. No core files are modified.

Limitations

• Edits price, quantity, status, model and SKU only. Specials, discounts, options, descriptions and images are not changed.
• Variant products are separate rows: editing a master product does not copy the value to its variants.
• Changes are written directly, so other extensions that react to OpenCart's product-save event (feeds, marketplace sync) are not notified.
• Admin interface in English.
