Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase on addonest.live. The store is operated by SAFAN GROUP LLC ("AddoNest", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

1. Products

We sell extensions (modules) for the OpenCart e-commerce platform as digital downloads, and custom development services. Each product page lists the supported OpenCart versions and requirements. Please check them before you buy.

2. License

  • One purchase gives you one license for one live store domain, plus its development and staging copies.
  • You need a separate license for each additional live store.
  • You may change the code for your own store. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the extension, in original or modified form.
  • The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable unless we agree in writing. We may cancel it if these terms are broken.
  • AddoNest keeps all intellectual property rights in the extensions.

3. Delivery

Download links are available right after payment on the order confirmation page, in the confirmation email, and in your customer account.

4. Updates and support

Unless the product page states otherwise, each purchase includes 12 months of updates and 6 months of email support from the order date. Support covers installation help and bugs in our extension. It does not cover custom changes, third-party themes or extensions, or server setup. Contact support@addonest.live.

5. Custom development

Custom work starts only after we both agree in writing on scope, price and timeline. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. After full payment you receive a license to use the delivered code on the agreed store(s).

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Back up your store before installing any extension. Extensions are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee they are free of errors or compatible with every setup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.

8. Trademarks

OpenCart is a trademark of its owner. AddoNest is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenCart.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
